Rates: $695 per week May 1 - June 15 $795 per week June 15 - September 30 $810 for week of July 4th $750 per week for two or more weeks $100 damage deposit required plus 7% Maine Sales Tax non smoking Dogs require pre-approval $75 pet deposit and $25 cleaning fee	Bedrooms: 2 located on the second floor one with a double bed, one with a queen bed Baths: 1 full bath with tub & shower on the second floor
