Trust Cobscook Property Management to look after your house. Our services include weekly checkups to look for wet cellars, failed heating systems, dripping pipes, insecure windows and doors, or any signs of trouble.  Extra visits after extremely heavy rain and/or wind to insure that there is nothing amiss, are free.  We can supervise utility services, provide access for emergency repairs, arrange for snow removal, water your plants, and we can even stock your fridge for the day you return!

We are year round residents of Eastport, and home owners with extensive remodeling experience, so we know the inner workings of a house.  We take pride in our prompt customer service.  We’re insured, with available local references.

Our priority is that you return to a house that is in the same condition as when you left.  We’ll provide you with periodic updates and you may contact us at any time during your absence.
