year-round rental. The home, built in the early 1800's has five
bedrooms; two and a half baths; a large living room and separate dining room, each with
a decorative fireplace;
a game room; and a brand new fully-equipped kitchen. Both the kitchen and master bedroom have a
commanding 180 degree view of the bay from Indian Island to Campobello Island,
sweeping toward Lubec. There is a large deck across the back of the home for
relaxing and enjoying the bay view. During the day and evening one
can also enjoy the swing on the front porch.
