Special features: Music room with gorgeous bay windows in the double parlor, dining room with
a butler's pantry, library, fully updated kitchen, and a powder room downstairs. There are five bedrooms,
one being used as a TV room, and two baths on the second floor. The third floor has two more bedrooms and
a bath.
Located one block from the water, there are good views from the second story, but panoramic views from the third!
