Pat Scott |
Pat Scott is the
Owner/Broker of Cobscook Properties, LLC. She's lived in many places but
calls Maine home after 20 years as a year-round resident. In 2005, she
started Cobscook Property Management offering year-round and vacation
rentals and a full range of property management services. It was a natural
progression to start her own real estate company in 2009 after spending 3+
years at Spinnaker Realty under the tutelage of Mary and Dick. |
Mary Pottle |
Mary
Pottle is an Eastport native who's been
active in City government and worked for Bangor Hydroelectric and
Seaview Campground. She began her real estate career in 1985 with
Spinnaker Realty and assumed ownership of the company in 1995. Mary will
continue her real estate career as a Broker with Cobscook Properties. |
Dick Bowley
|
Richard Bowley instructed classes in Real
Estate Practice and the Sales Agent course for both Washington County
Technical College and the University of Maine at Machias. He founded
Spinnaker Realty in 1987 and transferred its leadership to Mary in 1995.
Dick now winters in Florida but returns to Eastport every April through
October to work as a Broker |
