Pat Scott is the
Owner/Broker of Cobscook Properties, LLC. She's lived in many places but
calls Maine home after 20 years as a year-round resident. In 2005, she
started Cobscook Property Management offering year-round and vacation
rentals and a full range of property management services. It was a natural
progression to start her own real estate company in 2009 after spending 3+
years at Spinnaker Realty. |
Dick Bowley

Richard Bowley instructed classes in Real
Estate Practice and the Sales Agent course for both Washington County
Technical College and the University of Maine at Machias. He founded
Spinnaker Realty in 1987 and transferred its leadership to Mary in 1995.
Dick now winters in Florida but returns to Eastport every April through
October to work as a Broker |

has been involved in Real Estate sales and development for many years.
He owned and operated a Real Estate and Insurance Agency in Freeport,
ME, before coming to Eastport and joining Spinnaker Realty. He now
looks forward to his new affiliation with Cobscook Properties.

Tammy Clark,
although new to the business, has
always had a passion for real estate. She's spent her life as a
resident of Eastport, which gives her valuable knowledge of the
community. She is enthusiastic about serving buyers and sellers in her
community and beyond.
